What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork is a body-based practice that uses intentional breathing to help release stored stress, increase emotional awareness, and reconnect you with your body.
Many experiences—especially stress, trauma, or prolonged overwhelm—are not just held in the mind, but in the nervous system. Breathwork gently supports the body in processing what may feel stuck, while building greater regulation, clarity, and resilience.
